Vietnam Raid Operation 2025 – Ben Thanh Market Enforcement Success

Our Vietnam office successfully coordinated a counterfeit enforcement operation in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, targeting infringing goods at Ben Thanh Market in Q4 2025.

The operation was executed in collaboration with local customs officers, brand owners, and national police, resulting in the seizure of over 3,000 counterfeit products across four stalls.
This was part of our ongoing efforts to protect the trademarks of major sports and cosmetics brands in ASEAN. Through preliminary investigations, we traced the distribution routes of counterfeit goods from China to Vietnam, and worked closely with our local intelligence network to prepare evidence packages.
All enforcement actions were completed without public incident, and litigation proceedings are currently underway against the repeat offenders. This marks our 15th raid project in Southeast Asia since 2020.
