About the Role

Our Vietnam office is seeking a qualified Attorney-at-Law in Vietnam with practical experience in trademark law, copyright, and general business law.You will be supporting Japanese, Chinese, and international clients in areas such as market entry, brand protection, and commercial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on trademark filings, oppositions, and portfolio strategy
• Draft and review commercial contracts, license agreements, and compliance documents
• Provide legal opinions on copyright, franchising, and IP licensing
• Assist with dispute resolution or enforcement procedures when required
• Communicate effectively with clients from Japan, China, and the US

Qualifications

• Licensed Vietnamese Attorney (必要資格：ベトナム弁護士資格保有者)
• 2+ years of practical experience in one or more of the following:
  – Trademarks (NOIP filings, oppositions)

  – Copyright (advisory, licensing)

  – General business/corporate law (contracts, company setup, compliance)
• 
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (Japanese is a plus)
• Willingness to work on-site in our Ho Chi Minh City office
